SKY ZONE WAIVER
Guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. Please click on the icon to fill out the form and submit to us online.
SATURDAY SCHEDULE (FOR MEREDITH'S FRIENDS!)
BAT MITZVAH SERVICES AND RECEPTION/LUNCH IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING
Services begin at 10:00am

Bus transportation will be provided from services to the Westminster Hotel for Meredith's friends.
PARENT PICK UP FROM THE WESTMINSTER HOTEL
Please arrange to be picked up at the Westminster Hotel at 5:00pm
JUMP INTO THE FUN WITH MEREDITH!
We will have a bus to take the kids from Mount Pleasant School in Livingston to Sky Zone and back. The bus will depart from the school at 8:00pm and will be back for parent pick-up at 11:30pm

Meredith's celebration continues with a fun filled evening of drinks, light food, music and jumping at Sky Zone! Wear clothes comfortable for jumping.
